He entered a contest from a local radio station in an attempt to win a wedding, on the ice, at a Peoria Rivermen hockey game to be held today. He secretly wrote an e-mail entry and listed his mother's address in Canton so as not to tip his fiance off about his intentions."I thought it was unique and would be kind of funny," Chris wrote for the radio station contest. He told them about how his fiance had fought and overcome a battle with cancer, and this would be a nice idea. "It wouldn't be just the same old wedding like everybody else has." .
